1. Prime Labeling
Prime labels are tools for creating lasting impressions that promote brand image and convey a personal touch. The current trend away from expensive outer packaging has now focused attention on the label as one of product’s most important marketing instruments.

1.1 Automotive and Electronics Labeling

The applications in automotive and electronics labeling can be divided into information labels and functional labels. Information labels mainly carry information for equipment recognition, while functional labels are used for the protection of equipment. Labels on automotive and electronics applications must withstand heat, harsh environments and resist solvents

1.2 Food Labeling

Food safety standards and regulations required by law such as net content, name and address of the manufacturer, ingredients and nutritional information are a large influence on the construction of the label. Food labels must perform in a variety of environments. For example, food labels must resist moisture as well as cold temperatures, while also adhering to uneven surfaces, such as cardboard or synthetic substrates such as oriented polypropylene (OPP), polypropylene (PP), polyester (PET) or polyamine (PA, nylon).

1.3 Beverage Labeling

Beverage labeling includes wine, spirits, soft drink and water labeling. The adhesive and face stock must perform well during washing, pasteurization, filling, transportation, chilling and drinking. The adhesive must also resist ice bucket immersion for white wines and champagnes

1.4 Home and Personal Care Labeling

Home and personal care labeling covers a wide variety of applications such as detergents and household cleaners, hair care, skin care, oral care, bath and shower, fragrances and perfumes. Flexible packages need flexible labels and the usage conditions of nearly all products call for waterproof materials as well as resistance to oils and chemicals.

Clear-on-clear combinations create a no-label-look which has becomes the current trend in the industry. The adhesive must have excellent clarity and resistance to UV-light in order to perform well in this area.

  1.5 Techno-chemical Labeling

Labeling in the techno-chemical industry covers many different applications, including bulk chemicals, drummed chemicals, oils, paints, building and agricultural products.Because in many applications both the face material and adhesive must be water and chemical resistant and have good outdoor durability, filmic face materials are commonly used.

1.6 Pharmaceutical and health care labeling

Pharmaceutical labeling  are able to withstand sterilization processes are some of the more demanding applications in pharmaceutical labeling.

The imprintability of the face stock is important. Because in pharmaceutical labels must often be traceable, batch numbers and expiration dates are imprinted on the label.

1.7 Security Labeling
Security labels are normally paper or film based and ensure that products remain safe and intact.  Tampering with the label or attempting to remove it destroys the material

2. Variable Information Labeling
Labels used in Variable Information Printing (VIP) labeling are either blanks or pre-printed. They are often overprinted using a VIP technique, such as dot-matrix, direct thermal, thermal transfer, laser or ink-jet.

2.1 Industrial Information Labeling
industrial information
With industrial information labeling, the label is either conventionally or digitally preprinted and then imprinted with variable information that gives the product identification, content, quantity, weight, use and security. Industrial information labels are quite simple and do not play a major role in decoration, but must be able to endure difficult conditions such as moisture, temperature, scratches and UV light.

2.2 Logistics and Transport Labeling

Logistics and transport labeling is one of the fastest growing segments of variable information labeling. Labels are pre-printed and then imprinted with variable information for routing, inventory, warehouse tracking and work-in-process tracing purposes. In logistics and transport labeling the life of the label is relatively short, with scratch resistance being the main criteria.

2.3 Office Information Labeling

Office information labeling covers everything from address and franking labels to file and colored labels for deliveries or signing. Small office and home information labeling also falls into this segment, with applications including name badges, record labels and file labels, as well as cd/dvd labeling and photography applications.

2.4 Retail Information Labeling

Retail information labeling can be divided into 2 major usages, price marking and catch-weigh labeling. For both, a logo is normally preprinted on a die-cut label with 1 or 2 colors. VIP techniques can be used on preprinted labels, most often by thermal transfer or laser printers

3. Promotional Labeling and Stickers

Promotional labeling and stickers is a very popular end-use segment for sheetstock products.  Applications cover promotional stickers, point-of-sale labels, magazine inserts, direct mailings, collectible stickers and children’s books

4. Poster

An effective and save- cost way to bring image, information of product to customer.
